Beverly is a lively, professional, caring entrepreneurial spirit who loves sales and has found a home selling the Sonoran Resort Condominium projects, “because of their quality, design and management.”
When Roger Clyne brings his musical clan to Rocky Point for the annual Circus Mexicus concert and three day celebration of life, rock and roll and good times on the beach, it is also a time when the goodness of his fans is clearly defined with charitable action that includes fundraising and donations to help the needy children and families of our beloved beach side paradise.
If you were near Sandy Beach on Saturday June 2nd, you couldn’t have missed the veritable crowd of people all decked out in sea blue T-shirts with a row of flowers surrounding the words “Reay 2012”. The “clan” has been coming to Puerto Peñasco for 40 years and holding their family reunions on Sandy Beach for 20 of those years. As the family grew, about six years ago they all—all 47 of them—decided to fix the date of the first weekend in June for the festivity.
Few Dare to Dream. Fewer Dare to Live Their Dreams. Steve and Lulu Yoder are among the ‘fewer’. They dared to dream of sailing the Sea of Cortez, living aboard their own vessel and spending ample time getting to know a country they knew they would love based on past travel in Mexico. They dared to live that dream when they retired. They sold everything that didn’t fit in their 28’ Westsail Cutter-Rigged Sloop and literally sailed off into the sunset. This was two years ago and they are still having fun, adventure and life fulfillment.

Then, let the fun begin because at the end of this wonderful night of games, food and a cash bar, you’ll be able to bid on dozens of great prizes that have been cheerfully donated by our many generous businesses here in Rocky Point.
If you’re a RCPM fan, it’s a good bet that you still remember the details of your first encounter with this group of Rocky Point Rock ‘n’ Roll Royalty because they do know how to throw a party!
Sheri sets herself as an example to others, as well she should. After 8 years with the Sonoran Resorts, the fun, she says, is that most of her sales come from referrals by satisfied owners. During these tough worldwide economic times, her reputation has kept her a consistently high producer. She shares her excitement that the trend seems to be more positive this year with sales above the same period last year.
The town hall will be hosted by Mr. Chad Cummins, Consul of U.S. Consulate General Nogales. The American Citizen Services Chief and members of his staff will also be present.
