What a pleasant trip it is to get to know this guy named John C. Fowler III who, 31 years ago helped a friend throw a children’sChristmas party at JJ’s Cantina in Cholla Bay which he co-owns with partner Joe Anacleto. That’s right; this Saturday night May 25th is the big night to raise money for the Puerto Peñasco Charity, DIF, the 37 year old Municipal Family Assistant Fund that helps children, families and individuals with everything from medical services to rehabilitation to food boxes, student breakfasts and so many other services…
In addition to all the friendly fun fostered from this festivity, The Sonoran Resorts Las Vegas Night for Charity, masterminded by Director of Sales and Marketing, Jim Ringquist, raised one of DIF’s single largest donations during that first event last June….
About two hundred guests graced the restaurant venue at the Sonoran Sky Condominium Resort in Puerto Peñasco Saturday nightlending their support to raise funds for DIF; the city sponsored family assistance charity organization that has helped needy children and adults of this port city for 36 years.
Where else can you get $300 in chips for one $30 ticket (or $600 in chips for $50 and two tickets) and a chance to compound the value by winning at Black Jack, Roulette, or Texas Hold ‘em?
