Dennis Foreman Joins Sonoran Resorts Sales Team

Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas with a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Kansas, Dennis brings over a decade of international travel experience in the airline industry and with the Wichita Convention and Visitors Bureau, which he says has helped him grasp what the true potential for growth is here in Puerto Peñasco. Having lived in many cities including Honolulu, Houston, Denver, Dallas and Seattle, he knew the destination was on its way in the mid 2,000’s when the world economy took a plunge, and has never doubted that the economy here will rebound with the rest of the southwest, if not before. “And we’re seeing that happen as we speak,” he adds.

In addition to his extensive international marketing experience, Dennis also has well-rounded experience in retail business and sales. An expertise which helps him communicate at every level with visitors to Puerto Peñasco and share his thorough knowledge of the real estate product here as a property owner and investor himself.

Like most of us, Dennis fell in love with Rocky Point during his first ever visit here, and the only things standing between him and his residency here were to sell his small business and pack his bags, both of which he did in record time, and found himself a full time resident and real estate agent here in 2005.  Shortly afterward Dennis had acquired a home and three single family rental properties, some residential lots and an equity share in a beautiful beach house. He’s never looked back.

“Everything we’ve been waiting for has arrived: we have the convention center set to go, we’ve got the first international flights with Aeromexico beginning from Las Vegas on the 20^th of June; and the funding is approved and allocated for the Home Port Cruise Ship project which will be the game changer,” says Dennis, “and sales are already reflecting this, having exceeded all of last year’s closings!.”
